Data Mundi is looking for native or fluent Hmong speakers for a paid remote Voice Recording, Transcription and QA project for our direct client. Project details: Service Needed: 1. Voice Recording - Partner communication: 70% - Monologue: 30% 2. Transcription and QA Hours Needed: 1000 hours of recording to be completed in a period of approximately 3 months. Limitation: Each vendor / contributor / small team will complete only 30 hours of recording, including partner recording and monologue. Start Date: In approximately 1 week. Scope of work: - Recording natural conversational audio and monologues in Hmong - No scripts - Topics will be provided - Transcription: converting audio into text - QA/revision when required Payment: - Payment is based on output hours delivered, not time spent - Only approved / QA-passed hours will be paid - Any rejected work must be revised by the vendor at no additional cost - Full project details and payment terms will be shared before onboarding Recording requirements: - Natural and fluent use of Hmong - Accurate and complete delivery in Hmong is mandatory - Ability to follow project guidelines carefully Interested candidates should reply with: - Full name and location - Confirmation that they speak Hmong - Hmong variety spoken, if applicable - Daily and weekly capacity - Availability to handle 30 hours of recording - Availability to support transcription - Ability to refer more Hmong speakers |
