- Project Status: The project is expected to start at the end of March. The project runs through the end of the year. It is expected to require 80 to 100 hours of production per month. - Service: Video Transcription. A. Correct the provided machine ASR results by transcription and adjust the axis in some places where the sentence is broken wrong. B. Add labels to the specified content in conformity with the offered guideline. At the same time, you need to extract the terms and NER (Named Entity Recognition) words that appear in the text. - Language: English - Capacity: Each person/day is required to complete at least 30 minutes of video (the actual video duration shall prevail). It takes at least six hours a day if you could finish 1 minute video transcription in 12 working minutes. - Tool: working by Aegisub tool at the early stage. It is expected to be converted to an online platform in 1-2 months. (Agency will allow the eligible to sign up and login this platform with working email address.) - Requirements: 1. Both freelancers and agencies are available, agencies preferred. Agency requires that only those who pass the test in the project. 2. Have experience in video transcription and knowledge of telecommunication industry is preferred. 3. English native speaker or not will be fine with us. 4. Candidates will ask to take a free test. Only you pass the test, then can join the project. Since this task is easier to be transcribed based on ASR result (AI technology). - We prefer the partners who can complete 5~8 minutes videos within 1 hour working time, 1USD per video min. - Accuracy per video > 95%, especially Tagging section.
