I am a NAATI accredited professional translator (English into German). I have a university degree in English and French language, literature and cultural studies at the University of Hanover. Additionally, I completed a part time evening course as a psychological counselor at the Paracelsusschule/ Berlin, and I am an experienced German teacher and tutor. Throughout my University degree, I translated numerous texts encompassing a wide range of topics (literature, politics, science, environmental issues etc) both from German into English and from English into German. I have been involved in several translation projects, the updated version of a dialysis software for Fresenius Medical Care, Sydney, the translation of the book "The Love Song of the Universe" by Mary Sparrowdancer (English into German), which was released in March 2008 in Germany, and the translation of East European fairy tales (German into English).
